What the app stores
Military Muscle keeps a record of your training so it can show your streak, your commendation points, your medals and your rank. That record contains which missions you completed, which drills you marked done or skipped, the dates you trained, your chosen intensity tier and the call sign you type during setup.
All of it is written to your iPhone's own storage, inside the app's private container. It is never uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go — the app contains no networking code at all. Deleting the app deletes the record with it.
Microphone and speech recognition
The app can listen for a small set of spoken commands during a workout — "done", "skip", "next", "start timer", "pause", "resume", "stand down" and "skip rest" — so you don't have to touch the screen mid-drill.
- Recognition runs entirely on your device. The app requires on-device speech recognition; audio is never sent to Apple's servers or anywhere else.
- Audio is never recorded, saved or transmitted. It is processed live and discarded.
- The feature is optional. Decline the permission and every action still has a button.

Health and safety
Military Muscle is a fitness app, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Every drill includes a modification, and skipping is always allowed. Consult a physician before starting a new exercise programme.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version ever collects anything, this page will say so plainly before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
